In the event of a breach of the rules of conduct by guests or repeated complaints received, guests are required to pay a penalty, which will be deducted from the previously paid deposit, with the possibility of cancellation of the reservation.
Cleaning service
Cleaning service and change of bed linen and towels included for stays longer than 7 days. Additional cleaning service at a cost of 20.00€/hour.
Cancellation policy
Standard rate with free cancellation of 100% until 30th day prior to guest's arrival. From the 29th day prior to arrival, 50% of payment is NOT refundable.
